• Users shall not upload or share any proprietary, confidential, or personal data unless they have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to do so.

5. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in DataAware, including software, content, graphics, and logos, remain the property of SMAST or its licensors.
• Access to the platform does not transfer any intellectual property rights to users

6. Limitation of Liability

• DataAware is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• SMAST will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform

7. Duration and Termination

• Free access will automatically expire after one year unless renewed or otherwise stated by SMAST.
• SMAST reserves the right to terminate access at any time in cases of misuse or breach of these conditions.

8. Modifications

• SMAST may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes means acceptance of the revised terms.
